Receiving Our Podcasts is Free and Easy!
So Easy Anyone Can Do It!
Setting up your subscription is so easy that anyone can do it, even if your are not a very technical or computer savy person. To begin with you will need to download and install a podcatcher (a podcatcher is a software program that will automatically search and download podcasts) such as iTUNES (iTUNES is free) or MediaMonkey (MediaMonkey has a free lite version) on to your computer. Once your podcatcher is installed you are ready to subscribe to our podcast. Setting up the subscription is free and easy just follow the simple instructions for these two podcatchers and you'll be ready to catch and listen to all our podcasts!After following the set up instructions below, your podcatcher will download a test podcast from our site, after that it will automatically search and download any other podcasts from us. Don't be alarmed if you don't receive a podcast from us until September (originally we had planned on the podcasts going out in July-August, however we experienced some delays in ordering all the equipment), that is when we plan on beginning our podcasting, but in the meantime we will send you periodic updates to keep you informed.
Setting Up Your Podcast Subscription in iTunes
Once installed, open iTUNES and in the left menu bar, under LIBRARY click on the podcast icon. On the top menu bar (located in the top left hand corner click on "Advanced", then in the drop down menu click on the "Subscribe to podcast" option. A small window will open asking you for the URL of the podcast site, type in http://thefigleaf.ca/feed.xml and press the "OK" button, iTUNES will automatically begin to download our podcasts. After this your podcatcher will automatically search for all new podcasts from our site. You can listen to each podcast right on your computer, save them to your computer, burn them to a CD, or transfer them to your iPOD or other MP3 listening device. It's that easy!

Setting Up Your Podcast Subscription in MediaMonkey
Once installed, open MediaMonkey and in the left menu left click on Podcast Subscriptions, once the title is highlighted right click on it and a small menu will appear, click on "Subscribe to new Podcast". A window will open asking you to enter information for the podcast site. In the Podcast URL box type in http://thefigleaf.ca/feed.xml, in the Title box type in thefigleaf and in the Description box type in a prophetic end times ministry. Then uncheck the option Delete episodes older than 1 week this will ensure that no podcasts will be deleted without you knowing about it. After this your podcatcher will automatically search for all new podcasts from our site. You can listen to each podcast right on your computer, save them to your computer, burn them to a CD, or transfer them to your iPOD or other MP3 listening device. It's that easy!
